13.1 mile course loops through the residential sections of Lincroft, Holmdel and Colts Neck. For information, call 732-542-1642, ext. 25.

DIRECTIONS TO BROOKDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Via Garden State Parkway: Exit 109 for Red Bank and Lincroft. Traveling south, make a right at the light at the foot of the exit ramp onto Newman Springs Road (Route 520). Continue through three traffic lights in Lincroft and the College entrance will be on the left at the roundabout. Traveling north, make a left at the light at the foot of the exit ramp. Continue through four traffic lights and the College entrance will be on the left at the roundabout. The College entrance is just under two miles west of the Parkway on Route 520. Entering the College off Route 520, the gymnasium (COLLINS ARENA) parking lots are the last lots on your right (lot numbers 6 and 7), past all the College buildings.

• • 今天我第一次参加了半马比赛。一路上看到爱跑的大旗飘飘非常自豪，老远就在想我需要有什么求助的。啦啦小伙伴们在寒风中给我们认真拍摄，让我备受鼓舞！虽然由于比赛压力较大，加上功夫还不够没能破2，但还是特别高兴！

• • 今天天气不错，温度比上周Washington Heights 5K高， 但还是有风。小伙伴们都跑得非常棒，有完成了首半马的@红珊瑚-EB @Crystal- Livingston @Ting -短山 以及薛哥，开心PR的@Matt @Curtis-EB … 恭喜@Curtis-EB 还取得了年龄组第二名，大大的祝贺！谢谢我们的最美啦啦，今天是夏时制第一天，所以大家都起得特别早。这个比赛我们设有四个啦啦站：起点/终点，7迈，4.6迈/10迈，爱跑大旗处处迎风飘扬，啦啦队员跑前跑后为小伙伴们加油助威摄影，大家还准备了很多美食，赛后欢聚在体育馆内庆祝顺利完赛，非常完美的一场比赛！
