2) Everyone in the residential area should talkin a low voice as much as possible

4) If you don’t feel like it, you can continue to runaround the lake

Oak Ridge is one of the most popular group running bases, with large green meadows, quiet boulevards, and a newly built high-quality playground. The distance of the outermost circle of Oak Ridge is about 2.2 miles, and there are several trails in it.

Whether you’re looking to practice hill runs, interval runs, sprint runs, or regular long-distance running, there’s something for everyone. What’s more worth mentioning is that there are also five-star bathrooms that are warm in winter and cool in summer, so that you don’t have any worries.

Everyone is welcome to dress up in your favorite Christmas costume and run 🏃‍♀️🏃 together on Saturday
