Johnson Park is one of the earliest running bases for runners. The park has wide trails and jogging paths that extend along the edge of the Raritan River. Runners can run on the riverside road, enjoy the river and the surrounding natural scenery. It provides a beautiful running environment, covering a distance of approximately 2.5 miles on one side.

The Orange Reservoir is 1.67 miles per lap with a level trail and beautiful scenery surrounded by mountains and water. It’s an easy route with restrooms and refreshments, suitable for leisurely jogging, pacing, long-distance runs, or recovery runs. You can run however you prefer, either clockwise or counterclockwise, without the worry of getting lost. You’ll also occasionally come across other runners with different paces, all circling this same track.
